A Jonestown Business Broker Who Stays After the Deal
We help business owners sell, and we help buyers find an established business or franchise. Most brokers step away once the papers are signed. We keep calling. The first weeks after a sale are when a transition plan gets tested, and we want to be there for that part too.

How a deal goes with us
Each deal begins with a talk. You tell us what you own, why selling or buying is on your mind, and your timing. From that first call it stays confidential. Your staff, customers and suppliers won't learn about it from us.
For sellers, we work out a value from your actual figures: tax returns, profit and loss statements, owner add-backs, equipment and the terms of your lease. Then we market the business without fanfare. Buyers sign a confidentiality agreement before they learn the name, and we check their funds and background before they meet you. You pay nothing to list with us at the outset. You sign no retainer, and no added charges appear down the line. We're paid from the sale, so we earn our fee only once you've been paid.
Our job continues past closing day. Most sales include a training period and a lease assignment, and some include a seller note or an earn-out. In the weeks after closing we contact both sides, review what each one agreed to, and point out anything falling behind before it becomes a dispute. When a new owner wants to know how to hold on to key customers and employees during the change, we talk it over with them in plain terms.
What you can count on from us
Straight numbers on value
Our valuations are free and confidential. If the business is worth less than you hoped, we say so and show you why. Sometimes the honest answer is to wait a year and clean up the books first.
Serious buyers first
Buyers who register with us see a new listing before anyone else does. Before they get details, we talk with them about cash on hand, how they plan to fund the purchase and what they have run before. That keeps your time for people who can actually close.
The handoff in writing
Before closing, we help both sides put the transition on paper: how many weeks of training, who calls the key accounts, when the lease and vendor accounts change hands. Vague promises are where post-sale trouble starts.
Check-ins after the sale
We call at set points after closing. Sellers ask about payments on a seller note. Buyers ask about a supplier or a slow month. Either way, you have someone who knows the deal to talk it over with.
Where we sit down with clients
Our clients are owners and buyers in Jonestown and the towns around it, among them Lago Vista, Leander, Cedar Park, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Liberty Hill and Brushy Creek. Meet us at our office, or work through the entire process by phone and video. Distance seldom slows a deal down.
If you're a buyer interested in Steiner Ranch, Hudson Bend or Santa Rita Ranch, register with us and you'll hear about new listings before they're shared more broadly.
